The Community Planning Partnership Annual Outcome Improvement Report 2025-2026 was approved by the CPP Board on 9 September 2026. 

The report provides an update on the progress of the Community Planning Partnership over the last year focusing on the three key ambitions of People, Progress and Planet and provides examples of some of the work which is being undertaken in our communities and by our partners across South Lanarkshire to make places fairer, better and greener.
