The Community Planning Partnership Annual Outcome Improvement Report 2024-2025 was approved by the CPP Board on 17 September 2025. 

The report provides an update on the progress of the Community Planning Partnership over the last year focusing on the three key ambitions of People, Progress and Planet and provides examples of some of the work which is being undertaken in our communities and by our partners across South Lanarkshire to make places fairer, better and greener.
